1、 Key points for product selection
1. The main control parameters selected for polyurethane galvanized embossing YS-JGY are combustion performance, thermal conductivity, insulation material density, sheet thickness, surface layer material, etc.
2. Ventilation and air conditioning systemsair ductIt is advisable to use circular or rectangular cross-sections with a ratio of no more than 4 between the long and short sides, and the maximum ratio of the long and short sides should not exceed 10.
3. The boundary layer material of polyurethane foam plastic plate composite air duct shall be non combustible material.
4. The air ducts of ventilation and air conditioning systems should be made of non combustible materials, except for the following situations:
a) Ducts and flexible joints that come into contact with corrosive media can be made of refractory materials;
b) For ventilation and air conditioning systems in large space buildings such as sports halls, exhibition halls, waiting (car, ship) buildings (halls) outside high-rise civil buildings, office buildings, and Class C, D, and E factory buildings, when the air ducts are set according to fire zones and smoke and fire dampers are installed, natural materials with low toxicity of combustion products and smoke density level ≤ 25 can be used.
5. It is not advisable to transport corrosive media.
6. The manufacturer should provide the resistance coefficient of the air duct for calculating the resistance loss.
2、 Key points of construction and installation
1. The installation of Youshi brand polyurethane composite air ducts must comply with the following regulations:
a) The splicing of composite duct panels should be done using 45 ° angle bonding or "H" - shaped reinforcement strips, and the splicing points should be coated with adhesive for bonding. Adhesives should be made of non combustible materials. When the side length of the air duct is ≤ 1600mm, it is advisable to use a 45 ° angled groove for direct bonding, and stick aluminum foil tape on both sides of the bonding joint; When the side length is greater than 1600mm, it is advisable to use "H" - shaped PVC or aluminum alloy reinforcement strips to splice at the 90 ° angle slot.
b) It is strictly prohibited for other pipelines to pass through the air duct;
2. For ducts that transport air with a temperature higher than 180 ℃, protective measures should be taken according to the design specifications.
After the installation of the air duct system, a tightness test should be conducted according to the system category, and the air leakage rate should comply with the provisions of GB50243-2002 "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Ventilation and Air Conditioning Engineering".
